Nimlok Online guarantees their product under a series of warranties for manufacturing defects covering Nimlok Online portable displays and products. Under the warranty policies, product believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Nimlok Online for inspection. At the discretion of Nimlok Online, if the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost standard ground shipping. Free replacement products cannot be sent until an assessment of the supposed defective product is made. At the discretion of Nimlok Online, if the received product is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customers cost. Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. Issues that are not covered under the warranties include but are not limited to:

  • Mistreatment of property
  • Unauthorized alteration
  • Natural disasters
  • Failure to follow product instruction sheets & labeling
  • Incorrect use
  • Theft
  • Loss
  • Vandalism
  • Destruction

Nimlok does not accept returns of any freight cases. In the event your case is damaged on the initial shipment from Nimlok you must note with the carrier that the item arrived damaged and contact Nimlok Online within 72 hours of receipt.

Each Nimlok Online product holds its own unique warranty period. Refer to the warranty listing/period disclosed near each product in the Product Specifications on the respective web page and in each product’s respective instruction sheet.

Nimlok Lifetime Warranty

Nimlok Online warrants, to the extent and subject to the limitations described in this paragraph, that all Nimlok products sold with the lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to Nimlok instruction. Nimlok Online’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to Nimlok Online, transportation prepaid, after being put into service by the original user, if Nimlok Online is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective.

The Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to any products that must be replaced because of normal wear, that have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident or that have been altered by someone other than Nimlok Online.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with exception to the Unconditional Lifetime Pop Up Frame Warranty, and no person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any further warranties on behalf of Nimlok Online unless such Warranty is in writing and signed by an officer of Nimlok Online.

Nimlok Online guarantees the quality and functionality of its products when used in the correct manner as illustrated on each products instruction sheet. Failure to comply with Warranty Terms & Conditions may result in additional charges and fees, determined at the discretion of Nimlok Online. In cases of warranty disputes, Nimlok Online reserves the right of the final judgment and/or decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response and/or solution.

Inspect Upon Delivery

Upon the acceptance of delivery, you agree that the package(s) have arrived without any visible shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, sign for the delivery as damaged and contact Nimlok Online immediately. Failure to sign for the package(s) as damaged, refusal of the package, or neglecting to note after 3 business days any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our warranty.  

Product Hardware Returns Policy

All product hardware returns must be noted to a Nimlok Online Representative 3 business days after receipt of the product and are subject to a 25% restocking fee/charge. Nimlok Online will not accept the return of a used or custom made product or graphic. Product hardware is not inclusive of graphics and constitutes any product hardware or framework that has not been customized or modified. Examples of such product hardware may include: banner stand bases, frames, Compact Pop Up frames, magnet bars, Compact Image frames, Wave/Pulse aluminum frames, literature racks, cases and lights.

Product should be returned in the manner in which it was received. All orders from Nimlok Online may be returned within 3 business days of receipt for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must call or e-mail within 3 days of receipt to obtain an RMA# from a Nimlok Online representative. The option to issue a return label/call tag is at the discretion of Nimlok Online for any warranty or claim situation and any product outside of 3 days will not have the option for a return label/call tag.

All returned merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

Nimlok Online reserves the right to request documentation in the forms of photos, copies of packing slips and the like to ensure the issue is resolved promptly. “Standard questions” may also be asked in order to provide accurate and timely customer service. Failure to provide the necessary information requested by a Nimlok Online Representative may delay the claim process. An RMA/Case number may be issued depending on the warranty/claim. This number must be used in regards to all correspondence with the issue and adhered to any packaging sent to Nimlok Online for assessment. Failure to adhere RMA/Case information to a package will delay the claim/warranty process. Should you need to return a product due to order cancellation or any reason other than a warranty matter, Nimlok reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return.

Graphics & Customized Item Returns Policy

Customized product orders do not apply to the product hardware return policy stated above. Customized items include but are not limited to any graphics, customizable color panels, or special order items. Customized items will not be able to be returned. If there is any question as to whether the product can be returned or not, please call 877.9.NIMLOK and ask Nimlok Online representative.

All graphics purchased from Nimlok Online are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases. Please follow the claims policy as stated here for any claims issues.

All graphics claims include but are not limited to any such discrepancy between the approved proofs that were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. All claims must be made in writing within 24 hours from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to support@nimlokonline.com.  All such claims made after the 24 hour period of receipt of merchandise will not be honored.


Nimlok Online will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The lead times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production. Nimlok Online will also not be held liable for any third party carrier delaying in the delivery of products. All claims must be processed directly with the third party carrier. Nimlok Online will honor its return policy for products that are not received in a customer's expected time frame. However, please review the Return Policy to make sure your order can be returned.

Nimlok Online is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Nimlok Online cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

Change Orders & Order Cancellations

All change orders must be made in writing to support@nimlokonline.com. Any verbal change orders will not be accepted. Change orders include but are not limited to changes in shipping addresses, changes in order timeframes, or changes in products purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or refunds when applicable. All change orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase/sales price. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for a change order to be accepted and moved onto the next step in production or shipping.

All order cancellations must be made in writing to support@nimlokonline.com. When an order is cancelled after the order has been placed, the order may be subject to cancellation charges which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If an order is completed and shipped, no order cancellation will be accepted. All order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee up to 75% of the purchase/sale price. The following are some examples of circumstances where restocking fees would apply: customized graphics have been put into production, or products have been pulled from stock shelves to fulfill order.

Nimlok Online reserves the right to change prices or product designs as well as discontinue a product at any time without further notice. If a product is noted as defective that is a discontinued product; an exchange to an equivalent product will be offered or an upgrade to a premium product (at the discretion of Nimlok) will be available with the customer responsible for the difference in cost.
