how to get started:
Nimlok Online graphic design service rates are $75 per hour. Typically this process will take 1-4 days depending on a number of factors such as your timeline, the amount and quality of design elements provided and the duration of the brainstorming process.
An estimated three hours of design time will be added to the order upon requesting our services. The final amount of design time will be determined when the process is complete and the order will be adjusted accordingly.
- Request services. You will have the option to request design services during checkout.
- Brainstorm with a design expert. A member of our art department will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the design of your display graphics. The process begins with a brainstorming meeting.
- Provide files. After you have provided high-resolution vector logos and images, graphic concepts will be created for review.
- You approve. Once you are satisfied with the layout and provide final approval, we go to print!
Stock Photography: If you are starting from scratch, we suggest utilizing istockphoto.com for stock photography. Stock photography purchases are not included in the hourly fee.

How much do graphic design services cost?
Nimlok Online graphic design service rates are $75 per hour. An estimated 3 hours of design time will be added to your order. The final amount of design time will be determined when the process is complete and the order will be adjusted accordingly.
When will the design process start?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, a graphic designer will contact you to discuss the design of your display graphics.
Why would I need graphic design services?
The prices listed on the website are assuming print-ready artwork is set up to the specifications in our graphic templates. If you do not have the ability to supply print-ready files or would like some help from a professional updating your current design, graphic design services could be beneficial to you.
What elements are considered during the brainstorming process?
- Your Booth Size, Your Space Layout & Your Chosen Booth Display. In any successful exhibit, defining how the booth will be used (both by exhibiting staff and customers) is critical. Relaying this to us will help greatly.
- Your Exhibit Graphics: At a tradeshow, you have seconds to capture the interest of prospects. Our graphic designers understand what makes an impact on customers, and they use this knowledge to your benefit.
- Branding- Who Are You? How many brands do you want included in your graphics? Keeping a consistent appearance with existing company and product branding is vital.
- Messaging- What product/services do you provide & what are the benefits to clients? What message(s) you want to convey and the action you want them to take (to come talk to you!)?
What do I need to supply?
All Native Files which includes: Logos: vector format Images/Links: high resolution TIF files Fonts: all fonts supplied must be a MAC compatible format such as TTF (TrueType Font). We cannot accept Windows or PC fonts.
How do I supply my logo, images or pictures that I want used in the design?
After you submit the order and receive a valid order number, you can upload files to our FTP site using the uploading tool. Please note, a valid order number is required to upload.
Will adding design time to the order push back my ship date?
Yes. Adding design time to the order will push back the ship date at least 2 days.
I requested design time on the Graphic Details page of checkout, but the cost wasn’t added to my cart. Is it free?
No. After submitting the order, a Nimlok Online representative will add an estimated 3 hours of design time to the order. We will email you a revised copy of the order confirmation with the new estimated total.
What if I can’t supply my logo in the requested file format?
We will be able to recreate your logo in vector format depending on the complexity and resolution of your existing logo. Design time will be adjusted to reflect this service.
What if I don’t have any design elements to provide?
If you are starting this design from scratch, please provide all editable files and fonts, you do have. After a brainstorming meeting with our designer, we will work with you to lay out your design.
